In Fashion by Vera

is adhering to the following return policies:

1. It does not return money, instead, you will receive credit for either future purchases at the store or for clothing exchanges with at least the same value as the accrued credit. 

2. Exchanges will be accepted within the seven days window after purchase or a shipment being received.

3. Items to be exchanged must be in perfect conditions, with no traces of being used, and/or washed. Thus, items cannot show traces of makeover, perfume, other liquids, deodorant and things alike.

4. The label must be in perfect conditions, located in the same place at the moment of purchase.

5. The purchase receipt is a must for both, getting credit and exchanges.

6. Items of color are the only ones approved for exchanges. White color items are not eligible for exchanges or returns.

7. In Fashion by Vera checks all purchases to detect damaged items before shipping them to clients. However, if at the moment of receiving the merchandise, the item is arriving with some damage or it is the wrong item, please contact the store immediately at (786) 660-5200. Please provide pictures of the items signaling the damage, it will expedite the approval for return.

8. The client will be responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the mistake or damage has originated at In Fashion by Vera store.

9. Only a single exchange will be accepted per sale receipt.

10. Purchases done with discounts (flash sales, discount coupons, promotional prices, final prices, etc) are final sales, meaning, they are not eligible for either returns or exchanges or accrued credit at the store. Regretfully, purchases done with gift cards are not eligible for returns.

11. Accessories like jewelry, hats, belts, purses, are not eligible for exchanges or credits. They are considered final sales.
